Privacy Policy and Terms

Last updated 24 August 2026

Who we are. AdDoctor is operated from the United Kingdom. In this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AdDoctor, and "you" refers to anyone using addoctor.ai. You can reach us at any time at addoctorai@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than the usual wall of text.

What we collect, and when

You can use the diagnostic without giving us anything. We only collect personal information at the point you choose to give it.

WhatWhenWhy
Your email address Only if you submit the form to have your checklist sent to you To send you the checklist you asked for, and any follow-up you have separately consented to
Your diagnostic answers
Platform, account status, stated reason, timeline, appeal history, severity and case reference
Submitted alongside your email address, if you submit the form So the checklist we send matches your situation, and so we understand what problems people are arriving with
Your checklist progress As you tick items Stored only in your own browser so you can return to it. This is never transmitted to us.
Payment and order details If you buy the Recovery Toolkit To process the payment and deliver what you bought

What we never see

We do not receive or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card information goes directly to them. We also never ask for, and you should never send us, the passwords to your Meta, Google or any other account. We sell documents, and no one legitimately needs your login to hand you a PDF.

Others who process data for us

Some of these providers are based outside your country, so your information may be transferred and stored internationally. They are engaged on terms intended to protect that information appropriately.

How long we keep it

Email addresses and diagnostic answers are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer useful to us. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is generally six years.

Marketing

We only send marketing email if you ticked the box asking for it. The checklist itself is not marketing, it is the thing you requested. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and doing so does not affect anything you have bought.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email addoctorai@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for this.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) in Australia.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Terms of Service

By using addoctor.ai or buying anything from us, you agree to the following.

What we do, and what we cannot do

We cannot get your account reinstated, and we do not promise to. Whether Meta, Google or any other platform restores an account is entirely their decision. We have no relationship with them, no inside contacts, no special access and no influence over any review. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you.

What we provide is informed guidance on what to do, in what order, and how to put your case. That is all it is, and all it is sold as.

The free diagnostic

The diagnostic gives general guidance based on the answers you provide. It is not tailored professional advice and it may not fit your circumstances. It is provided as is, at no cost, and you use it at your own discretion.

The Recovery Toolkit

A digital document containing appeal templates, checklists and guidance, delivered immediately after purchase. It is licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute it to others.

Accuracy and change

Platform policies change frequently and without notice. We keep our guidance current as best we can, but we cannot guarantee that every detail reflects a platform's position at the moment you read it. Always check the platform's own current documentation before relying on any specific point.

Not legal or professional advice

Nothing on this site or in our products is legal, financial or regulatory advice. If your situation involves a legal question, take proper advice from someone qualified to give it.

Your responsibilities

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for anything connected with this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost advertising spend, or consequential losses arising from a platform's decision about your account.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law or UK consumer legislation where those apply to you.

Intellectual property

The site, the diagnostic and the toolkit are our property. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google and Google Ads are trade marks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your own country gives you rights to bring proceedings locally.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
